Cancel Court - Founding Principles

Why do we need a Cancel Court? Outrage that wells up in an individual can be amplified by a crowd. It is necessary to identify when that outrage is a reflexive reaction to a perceived wrong or a just reaction to an objective wrong. Cancelling is dangerous both because it is a form of mob justice but also because it aims that justice at the intangible character of the person, their intents and the contents of their heart. The results of that judging often result in silencing, shunning the person, even retroactively devaluing their thoughts, works and deeds.
